Wii Fit Reduces Cellulite?

One of my flisters apparently had some good results with the Wii Fit to the point where it actually reduced her cellulite. Obviously, your results may vary, but it's definitely something worth looking into.

well to be honest, I don't see the Wii fit helping me lose weight at all. It's a ton of fun, don't get me wrong. But the kind of "exercises" on it don't really burn a lot of fat or calories. I lost more weight going to the gym three times a week and doing the treadmill for 30 minutes. Still, I think it's a good concept for kids. Get their asses off the couch and get them active in a video game.

That is very true, a Wii is not as well-balancing as, say, a nautilus system. That said, I find the whole cellulite thing very interesting. My knowledge on the thing is pretty sketchy though, so I don't know what would normally remove it anyway, outside of a nip and tuck.

So far a lot of my friends have been motived to get off their hinies and start exercising, Wii Fit actually helps them gain some flexibility and they are losing weight. It's gradual, but that's expected.

There's someone I know who is researching the Wii Fit's advantages in nursing homes to keep old folks mentally active and physically stimulated.

No kidding! That is cool. It's amazing how many new things are going on in terms of elderly care, ranging between this and Paro the robot seal. To put it in terms of things like, (ironically what we were discussing before) Wall-E, it may even encourage more of a rush of low-impact virtual gaming experiences.

If I actually had room for a console, I'd be tempted to actually get one.
