(no subject)

I type this because I'm venting my frustration at getting Steam to run. Three reinstalls of Windows has made my lump of memory in my drives an exercise in re-installation, but Steam was always a reliable keeper; it would find itself stitch a path into my new registries and off I'd go again.

Now it's been stuck in an update limbo.

On the bright side, I've been busy; made enough mac and cheese to potentially shape it into a life-size replica of my head (a la the "Hello" video), enlisted the help of Roy G. Biv in making some rainbow-like hues of jello for my carb fix later in the weeks to come (I say weeks because good god there is too much jello now), made a spicy Korean ricecake dish that cleared up Michelle's sinuses beautifully, and got all the ingredients to make that black ice cream. All that despite the Nor'easter that threatens the outside with hail and snow and whatever comes in between.

The fridge is pretty full now.

I'm pretty full now too. Ugh, I'm a glutton.

I did this without weighing myself in too, double fail.

Also our trip out had me without my camera, triple fail.

I did though prove capable of hauling twenty pounds of stuff from the car to the mailbox with one hand followed by twenty five pounds up home without dropping a thing into the icy wet mess that was my driveway, so there's that.

Come on Steam, start working so I can go hide in the fantasies of the Inner Sphere already.
