Nov. 19th, 2017 10:05 amWork's been a PITA, but nothing too troublesome. I honestly blame my delays on having so many other things to do.
It's been snowing on and off for the past few days; nothing too amazing, but little bits here and there. Today is around the 40s though, so the weather is warm enough to clean away any sign of winter. This is still nowhere near as bad as the Thanksgiving when we drove without winter tires through the aftermath of a snowstorm. THAT was bad enough for us to see a pickup or two by the side of the road.
I'm still working on the campaign, but it's slow. It's slow because I've been distracted and it's hard to get home and want to pound away pages when your head just wants to cool off. I've tried to do it during downtime at work as well, but news has been keeping me busy since there's so many dumpster fires going off these days.
I miss those days when I wasn't so political and would immerse, but I feel like we need to be these days because shit has gotten that bad.
Also doesn't help that I keep seeing a reminder of what a nut I was when I was younger every time I read about these deplorable manchildren.
If there's one positive to have, it's that I'm still working on it and I probably will continue to do so as a relaxation attempt since my problem before was that all my work was written on disks that I can not seem to find these days or might have been wiped from a dead drive.
I feel like the cloud was made for guys like me because of it.
Okay, enough updating; going to try out this new image software I got on the cheap. I do have a bunch of photos I haven't touched in awhile as well.
