Okay, I didn't really grow up with him, but I did watch his shows during high school because they were entertaining. Kind of like those episodes of "Lazytown" that you don't want to admit to watching no matter how much it reminds you of an Aqua music video and no matter how cool it really is seeing that Samson guy do somersaults whilst the villain goes around acting like a really weird Jim Carrey and-

Uh... Anyway, I've been frequenting ytmnd for awhile and one of the things I noticed was this link that actually made me question its authenticity. Apparently, there's some validity behind it.

It's obvious he wasn't making a bash on religion here, and that's what makes me wonder what the hell else is wrong with Waco, Texas outside of cultists, obesity, and being shaped under Dubayah's regime.

By the way, I can't believe he was taught under Carl Sagan. I thought he was just a comedian, but instead he turns out to be one of those guys that have real multiple layers of pure geeked-out talent, like Weird Al and those other people I can't think of when it's close to bedtime.

Psst, he never heard of Texas Instruments or knew about what an electronics mecca cities like Austin are.

I'm accepting of Texan nerds since Richard Garriott's one of the natives. You can't disapprove of THE Lord British. I could say otherwise about the governors or some of the redneck nature there, but New Jersey's got its share of the white trash(in my town).

okeh, fair enough. BTW Bush is from CT, not TX. how can his daddy be a new englander and his brother be "from" FL? the media is strong with those ones, heh.

How the hell did his son get all the way to Texas to pervert that state as governor?

a question many of us asked ourselves. however, the bigger question is: how did he & his media machine fool all the idiots in the USA into voting for him based on his experience as the Gov of TX?! our Gov has virtually no power. it's basically a figurehead for the VERY powerful state legislature.

Shhhh don't tell but I also have that car wreck syndrome thing with Lazytown. "Must turn eyes away but can't" kinda deal! And Bill Nye the Science Guy rocks!! I probably learned more sciencey type stuff from him as a pseudo adult than I did in my public school tenure. Sadly I clicked on the link and will now have his theme song in my head all day. There's a dance that goes with it too. At least in my house there is. I need more coffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I think out of that entire show, the one thing I will never forget is that kid with a filtration mask going, "It's a gas!" Ah, good times.
