zesty_pintoHumanity was on the verge of dying. An alien race of sorts came and promised to help them with the premise that they would never meet these beings personally until they felt the world was ready. They would need to first overcome the needs that instinctually existed within them, a process that may take generations. In my dream, one city broke out into a riot over a lack of food. An intervention came in the form of discipline and another supply of food, reminding the survivors that the world suffers longer as a result of their greed. Some felt guilt. In time, someone volunteered to be a speaker for these entities, a human that agreed to be remade as their speaker. It granted them, among other things, the ability to rapidly regenerate.
In a much later time, several others would replace her, and I was one of them, given a piece of her to help in my evolution to have the same powers. It was another sign of sacrifice, and I loved her, and wanted nothing more than a way to bring her back to life.
