The Forgotten Element

There may be another item at play that helps me burn calories.
Awhile back, I switched from an office chair to an exercise ball.
I remember feeling sore about it literally as I tried to balance on it, then get used to sitting on it with one leg down or even no legs.
I kind of forgot I still use it because I have a tendency to sit cross legged on it without a problem. The only time I remember is when my back needs a good punching from bad posture or I dont know what.
By the way, I ate a gross amount of rice and beans last night and it hurt. When I woke up, my weights going down again. No presence of hard growths yet.
So, uh, I might be exercising more than I thought. Huh.
I'd feel awesome about it, but I still have a mountain of work and will probably be working through independence day weekend for it. Four score and blah years of it all.
