I've got free time. Things are quiet, my queues are all caught up on, and I've got time. Just sitting and biding it...

I'd like to find some black construction paper and make little paper witch hats and dracula capes for my stuffed fish.

This weekend had me make a few dishes, nothing too fancy but stuff I wanted: chajiangmyeon sauce, soy garlic chicken, maple glazed chicken, a bit of banchan to top the chajiangmyeon. We'll be good for another two weeks.

It involved a few trips here and there to get supplies. Bed Bath and Beyond was raided again and this time our bedroom theme will be Ugg as their entire bedroom sets are sooooooooooo plush. I have a new beanbag chair as well that will be my part time ottoman.

Then we did the corn maze! Yes, the gigantic corn maze that kills us every time we go! The one that warns you ahead of time to dress like you're going to be hiking for two hours!

You know the craziest thing this time?

It wasn't as bad.

Oh, don't get me wrong, the maze is hard as hell and you're going to get frustrated a decent amount. Despite that we solved it in record time (for us) at 3 hours!

The best part is that we weren't that tired after coming back from it. My legs are still a little tensed from it, but they're otherwise awesome. We even cleaned the kitchen and got the bedroom sorted once we got home. Boo yah!

The car dealership called Michelle checking on the title, which was a sign to us that they really wanted the car title (they told us we can get it to them by the end of October), so we got it FedEx'd overnight and picked up the returned signed title from her parents the previous night. The goodbye to the Impreza is official, which is appropo since Michelle is really happy with the Forester.

Not much more to say beyond how I've been constantly looking into houses. We've got at least a year before we head that direction, but I want to consider options. So far, I'm leaning into getting a small manufactured home with groundwork for a basement and access to a fiber network. I'm thinking the best method so far might be to get a trailer home and a new plot of land or an established small home also on a decent sized plot of land. Then we continue to invest in expansions and turn it from 1000 sqft to a robust 2-3k worth of space. Already saw a few home models that default at 2 bathrooms and one design in particular that interested me I could modify from two bedrooms into one large room that I'd love to turn into a big office/studio.

Okay, said my piece; back to work.
