College Red Tape Fun!

To reiterate what most people say, colleges are businesses. They work hard at trying to make money off of making you succesful or at least teaching you in the process. The only reason I am giving this given is because I just worked my butt off running around trying to get my classes.
After leaving my morning class, I returned to trouble my advisor for what might have been the twelveth time so far. After receiving my (hopefully) final schedule, I headed to the registrar. Turns out the registrar was booked solid. Financial Aid had a line reminiscent of a ticket stand and even more scary was the news that the bookstore opened a day before class, meaning the line over there was even worse.
Approaching the person at the registrar desk, I finally got someone, but right then and there, someone cut me because they were there yesterday and decided that was excuse enough to make me wait a couple of extra minutes. She ended up getting into a hissy fit with the person because she didn't have her transcript (yay red tape) and I got to get registered by someone who was in a very P.O.'d mood because of it! Yay me!
Turns out that my attempt to "clep" a class was not accepted, and after some discussion with various other professors, I finally just decided to forget it and take the clepped class in the hopes of changing my schedule after I get all the dirty work done with my clepping. I was thankful that I was done for now, though I shudder at what promises come for tomorrow when I have to work my butt around all the red tape again just so I can be approved for grants and loans and all the other stuff that's piling up on my shoulders. Me so happy(not).
Since I have two more hours since the next class, I guess I'm stuck here at the moment. Why did I decide to reread Nietzsche today instead of something relaxing? >_
