I'm curious because my monitor at home seems to display all the subtleties I can catch with shade in my photography whenever I check it on my Flickr account. Unfortunately, every time I check it on the monitor here at work, it comes out as darker than I remember it displaying, so what's right and what isn't? To be honest, anything with a + mod on my camera's display looks too bright on the camera's display for me, so I usually keep it at a -1/3 or so since it usually looks better to me on said display since I can catch better subtleties that way.
