Oh, What Dreams We Weave
Dec. 15th, 2005 10:44 amI was cycling in and out of sleep all last night. This time, some of the snippets included the biology of a blue whale and a comparison on how much brine it eats and then chews on (yes, I know they actually tongue the microbes off) the residue, how it dies to feed millions underneath the surface, and how there were people that would sometimes get stuck to that grid like flies on a windshield. After getting smacked, they would get chewed into the machine-like process of the whale.
This was followed with another tiny short that featured the Grandpa from "Boondocks" with a Phil Hartman asshole-type white guy and their racial difficulties while surviving around the world's seas in a plastic bag (think of it in an "I Dream of Genie" sense). Through their own understanding of each other, they become good friends. At one point, one of them risked the chance of getting taken in by said whale.
And a scant scene about a wooden building that was all studio in design, like a yoga room. I wish I could remember more, but I'm drawing a blank here.
On a side note, my knee is acting up again from the very morning. Maybe one of my dreams involved me playing as a striker too.
