Saw "The Punisher," and had to mention that because, despite what critics say, I found it really entertaining. I'll admit, it had its share of kinks that added some unnecessary components (I felt the three apartment characters he shared the apartment with only added unnecessary comedy relief to a dark character as well as a requisite "love interest" female role for the main character) but it did not mar the movie totally.

It's a cruel cruel movie, but let's face it: the Punisher is a cruel character to begin with that was one of the best examples of the fine line between hero and antihero. Then again, maybe I'm also a sadistic bastard too. All the same, I'm glad to know that there's going to be a sequel coming through; I mean, seeing cgi outfits all the time gets tiring after awhile.
