My cardio is shot so I do it at the very least to push that. You'd think the pushup part would be the hardest by the time you hit 8-10 of them, but it's actually the jumping!
I think if you get used to planking and squats enough, then you can handle most of it fairly okay. The cardio part of doing it though always kills me.
Here's hoping you make up for those returns quickly enough. I should be glad that I'm at least not in debt and I'm hoping handling the brunt of the returns will help her get out of it soon (though she makes twice as much as me anyway so I'd be surprised if she didn't).
