I'm happy to say that all the crostini was gone by the end of the day and I only have a pint's worth of caponata, mostly because I didn't have enough crostini to plate the last of it. People were complaining there wasn't enough chocolate in it, and I kept insisting I put like 4 tablespoons of chocolate in it like the recipe says. They still liked it though, and I honestly just wanted to give people something to cut through all the sugar from everything else.

Michelle was also responsible for running it and I'm also happy to say that there's no leftovers on our end (outside of the caponata), which is fine by me!
