I got the pots out and ready to go. I checked the metal bowls to see if any of them can work like a double boiler in the pots and one can make a very snug fit. Excellent.
...anyway, I'll see how well it works as I try to temper the chocolate properly. I've got the largest pot as well and I'm going to use that to pop the corn. Ideally, I'm going to make 4 gallons. Personally, I'd like to make more but we'll see how it goes.
If I remember my steps right, I'm going to also need to add sugar to try to ensure some crunch to the popcorn like kettle corn since I always worry about the chocolate not being good enough.
Somewhere between all this, I'm doing laundry. If all goes correctly, then I'm going to have enough done so that I can CLEAN THE KITCHEN ONCE AND FOR ALL.
Michelle's working longer since her work site has expanded. We've been coming home at midnight. She's exhausted, but the new areas, which she dreaded because of how unkept they were, are much better now. Two more weeks.
Not much more to say beyond that I'm exhausted. That Inc article about how successful people wake up at 4am is such a lie since I already feel like I'm being too productive. Plus,
