One Minor Addendum for one Political Remark

I'm also going to throw this in as an old New Yorker who has a big thing against tone-deaf "big politicians":

If you need a good reminder of how awesome New Yorkers are, feel free to look at the responses to a tweet by Andrew Cuomo about autonomous vehicles. As much as I hate the subway, my hatred stems mostly from its issues, and I'm glad to see so many willing to take Cuomo to task for it because I really do want infrastructure and healthcare to be the terrors we can all win a war on.

Is this that guy that said he never suffered a delay? Hell, I may even wonder if he uses the subway as much as he even stated. The only train I haven't had an issue with was the shuttle between Times Square and Grand Central.

Well, given that they don't tell us when the trains are supposed to arrive, none of us can ever prove we suffered a delay. The train comes when it comes.

I remember during my school days how you could time the trains if you keep to your watch and note when they come in. It is a hidden schedule that I think the MTA is only aware of, but I think most people who are set in their ways can tell. Plus, some lines have those ETA schedules that you can also time. I'm genuinely curious though as to what sort of incidents do stop the train at the station, as I only ever hear about the line delays when police or EMTs are called, but never actually experienced it (perhaps for the better?)

I think they give you the scheduled time if you use trip planner as well.
