Heh, this may be the reason why I write. To be honest, I remember using the ideas from some dreams I wrote down before for some short stories I did.
Flooded cities? I have no idea, though I do remember at one very young age of crashing into the ocean and waking up with wet pants.
-and, NO, my pants were dry when I woke up after this dream, in case you were thinking. :P
