Yeah, I understand what you're saying, but even with the passing time or not, I still get annoyed at how the entire tragedy of a mass death is celebrated with ballads of patriotism and people making money hawking objects symbolizing their death and no one really realizes it because they're too caught up with how this is the "first attack on US soil" and their own insecurities from it.

I guess I'm strange since this is how I felt even back in 2001 when I saw people hawking flags on the street and the thought of Israel-Palestine was still in my head at the time. I can't see Palestinians or Israelis selling little men that blow up or something to that effect and yet it happens here and there are people who buy it up without a single reality of the irony in it.
