Aha, I was just thinking that this thread was becoming a really good outlet to vent in, and that I sort of needed that.

I don't disagree with your sentiment. The manner in which it was presented ("He RUINED YOUR LIVES? I'll beat him up!") just sort of pricked me, and made it a nice target.

And since I don't want you thinking I'm busting it down from you on any high horse, I'm one of the shitty friends doing the torturing. You're still doing better than I am.
