Cool of them to continue taking advantage of that area to make other festival towns during the year. $5 says that they have some sort of elaborate light display going on as one of their main attractions. If I was in charge of a Christmas festivity I would probably just use that as an excuse to dress up as Santa and cause trouble tbqh, but I wouldn't even tell staff my plans I'd just do it.
