The Aftermath of Halloween

I tried the black ice cream and for the first time, I can notice that there are pockets where the squid ink still has some power in the flavor. It lends an earthy flavor to it that I don't really want in my ice cream, but still kind of is all right since chocolate has flavor profiles that work with that.
